 1. Go to "Tools" in the top menu 
                  and click on "Accounts"

                  Click on "Add" and go to "Mail" |

                  Type-in your display name in this screen. This will be the name 
                  or title that others see when they receive an email from you

                  Click "Next" and in the new screen 
                  below, type in your full e-mail address and click "Next" 
                  again. |

                  Specify your account type (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) in the drop down 
                  menu and type your email name servers. (Quick Tip: Hotmail is 
                  always HTTP. Every accounts under MyHostGate Systems are POP3) Incoming mail server will be pop.localdns.com 
                  and the Outgoing mail server will be smtp.localdns.com.

                  In the Internet Mail Logon screen, type in 
                  your account name and password. Check the box if you want Outlook 
                  Express to remember your password. Click "Next". |

                  You've just completed setting up your email account. You can 
                  now send/ receive your e-mail from Outlook Express. |
