                | If 
                  you have difficulty to check their e-mails (in particular, problem 
                  to send out e-mails) from MS Outlook, here's a solution to it. 
 1. In your respective email account, please 
                  go to the settings (Click on 'Tools' -> 
                  'E-mail accounts' ->
 'Check on view / change existing email 
                  accounts' -> 'Next')
 
 2. Click on "more settings"
 
 3. 
                  Under "Outgoing Server" , check on 
                  "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"

                | 4. 
                  Check on the radio button "Log on to incoming mail 
                  server before sending mail" (this actually allows 
                  you to check your mail, POP before SMTP, thus authenticating 
                  you as a valid user to prevent spam). 
 5. Try sending a test mail out.
