This means that your username and/or password
is incorrect.  Usually, if the username or
password is rejected, Outlook Express will pop
                                up a box asking you for your username and password;
                                make sure they appear correctly.
                              If
it is still not working, you need to completely
erase the username/password from the boxes and
                                retype them. |

                              This
error message is caused by the fact that you have
set an anti virus program, in this case Norton
AntiVirus, to scan all emails automatically.Changing
the settings within Outlook Express will not solve
the issue. You need to go to Norton and change
                                the settings there.

 2. then Accounts
 3. Click the Mail

                                this until all     duplicated

the Outbox.dbx file, although this will permanently
delete any messages still in the outbox. 1. Close Outlook Express.
